clone下來的項目,運行的時候報錯

1 diff: /../Podfile.lock: No such file or directory 2 diff: Manifest.lock: No such file or directory 3 error: The sandbox is not in sync with the Podfile.lock. Run 'pod install' or update your CocoaPods installation.`

解決方案：

關閉現在的工作空間，刪掉以前的xcworkspace，然后重新pod install，install完后，重新打開項目，clean＋build項目，運行

1 rm -rf 工程文件名.xcworkspace 2 pod install
