本論文講述的是在網絡環境下實現機票預訂業務的管理系統。系統是航空部門機票管理系統的一部分，其作用是對所有待售機票和已售機票進行有效的管理。最終目的是解決航空業全套網絡信息化建設中的B2C(business-to-consumer)服務。系統改變了傳統的手工訂票、送票、柜臺支付方式，具有廣泛的實用性。

本論文主要涉及軟件，數據庫與網絡技術等。涵蓋知識面廣，可有效地提高消費者綜合運用所學知識分析解決問題的能力，增強消費者對事物的理解與掌握能力，培養消費者掌握科學的研究方法，正確的設計思想，獨立思考，勇于進取，探索創新，為今后進一步學習與工作奠定了良好的基礎。

本課程設計利用JSP開發工具和SQL SERVER 2000數據庫來開發的。該系統要解決的是機票預定管理中所要解決的問題，可以滿足航空售票系統的基本要求。該系統能根據用戶的需求，快捷方便的為用戶提供服務。

Abstract?

This paper is about the environment in the network business under the management of ticket booking system. System is a ticket management system for the aviation sector as part of its sale of all tickets sold tickets and effective management. The ultimate goal is to solve the aviation industry in the construction of a full set of network information in the B2C (business-to-consumer) services. System manual to change the traditional booking, Send votes, payment counter, a wide range of practicality.

In this paper, mainly related to software, database and network technology. Cover the wide range of knowledge, are an effective way to enhance consumer knowledge by comprehensive analysis of the use of problem-solving skills, enhance the consumer's understanding and grasp of things ability to master science and consumer research methods, the correct design of thought, independent thinking, the courage to forge ahead, to explore new and innovative for further learning and work has laid a good foundation.

The curriculum design using JSP development tools and SQL SERVER 2000 database development. The system to be solved is the ticket to be scheduled for the management of problems, air ticketing system to meet the basic requirements. The system is based on the user's needs, fast and convenient services for users.
