Are you ready to deliver world class IT solutions for the best legal department in the world??Microsoft Legal & Corporate Affairs IT (LCAIT) is seeking a proven Sr. Applications Developer to become part of our new IT Development Team in the Global Delivery Center China (GDCC) in Beijing.? Demonstrate your exceptional design and engineering skills to successfully deliver quality software on time and on budget.

Qualifications:

·???????? Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience developing distributed systems including dem?

onstrated experience with .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, Windows Forms, Web Services, XML, SQL Server and/or SharePoint.

·???????? Strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and class design skills.

• Strong SQL coding, performance tuning and relational design skills.
• Ability to prepare technical specifications that follow SDLC standards.
• Ability to propose various system architectures that address different project priorities.
• Experience with common application security and privacy best practices.

·???????? Ability to resolve ambiguity and reduce complexity.

·???????? Strong development planning experience with a proven track record for accurately estimating project resource requirements within an agreed-to range.

• Ability to deliver high-quality and reliable software efficiently via tools, processes, best practices, etc.

·???????? Ability to work effectively with related teams, including Project Management, Test and Operations plus the on-shore Development team.

·???????? Ability to keep management and project team members well informed of progress and problems.

·???????? Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with outstanding fluency in the Chinese and English languages.
