Developers can ask help from TA ／Operation to share workload, but the responsibility must not be delegated to them.

2. talk by business not only talk by code.

There are actually many chances we can practice in daily work:

• during the running of 圣衣爭奪戰, suppose we found out tje case that the achievement of this group is not so notable compared to the effort we spent, or we are attempting to find more efficient way to run it, then we already start to think in business.

3. better communication skill helps not only in daily work but also in our life.

How to deliver a session more effectively?

(1) consider the target audience carefully
(2) consider what goal I plan to achieve before the session:
a. information share only?
b. some colleagues are planned to be enabled?
(3) after the session, collect the feedback from attendees. Check to what degree they have understood the session content, and compare with the original expectation before the session.
(4) make score of the session by myself, retrospection
