时区和夏令时
一個項目在西歐，之前取時間簡單用DateTime.UtcNow.AddHours(1); //西歐都是在第1時區.
3月份之前都正確，但歐盟國家和瑞士都是從3月最后一個星期日到10月最后一個星期日實行夏令時。在格林尼治時間三月最后一個星期日的2:00歐盟國家同時進行時間更改。
4月份之后就差了一個小時，也就是說DateTime.UtcNow取得的時間是不帶夏令時的。
所以要用TimeZoneInfo類來解決時區問題。下面的代碼就可以對比差別了。
