什么是personal brand？Your reputation or how you’re seen by others; what people can expert from you

如何挖掘自己的personal brand？

反思：

(1) what’re you passionate about?
(2) who inspires you？
(3) what skills and telants would you like to grow?

公司：values + action = credibility - 可信度

Values：自己的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力

Action：自己日常的behavior

personal brand = how are you perceived by others? 別人眼中的你。

Promote and position yourself to audiences who will find you relevant and compelling.

誰是你的目標(biāo)人群？

想清楚你的audience到底需要什么？

假設(shè)目標(biāo)之一：希望能參與一些更重要的與management的溝通中去

一些可以動(dòng)手做的措施：

(1) Speak up more
(2) Write on a blog
(3) Network internally

Network, 即我們?nèi)粘Ｉ钪姓f的人脈。

Decision Makers - Peope who can transact with us and hire us and are key to our strategy.

即network要找對(duì)大腿。

People who have insight and industry information. 由此可見，專家也建議尋找人脈時(shí)不是盲目的，而是有針對(duì)性的：

尋找自己的盟友和advocate：擁護(hù)者，支持者

Build an intentional Networking Strategy

(1) Be a resource
(2) Stay in touch
(3) Always be genuine - 坦率，可靠

ulterior - 隱秘的，不可告人的

Dress to be confortable and appropriate to the audience and situation.
