? ? ? ? LFW (Labled Faces in the Wild)人臉數(shù)據(jù)集：是目前人臉識(shí)別的常用測(cè)試集，其中提供的人臉圖片均來(lái)源于生活中的自然場(chǎng)景，因此識(shí)別難度會(huì)增大，尤其由于多姿態(tài)、光照、表情、年齡、遮擋等因素影響導(dǎo)致即使同一人的照片差別也很大。并且有些照片中可能不止一個(gè)人臉出現(xiàn)，對(duì)這些多人臉圖像僅選擇中心坐標(biāo)的人臉作為目標(biāo)，其他區(qū)域的視為背景干擾。LFW數(shù)據(jù)集共有13233張人臉圖像，每張圖像均給出對(duì)應(yīng)的人名，共有5749人，且絕大部分人僅有一張圖片。每張圖片的尺寸為250X250，絕大部分為彩色圖像，但也存在少許黑白人臉圖片。

? ? ? ?A database of face photographsdesigned for studying the problem of unconstrained face recognition.The data set contains more than 13,000 images of faces collected fromthe web. Each face has been labeled with the name of the personpictured. 1680 of the people pictured have two or more distinct photosin the data set. The only constraint on these faces is that they weredetected by the Viola-Jones face detector. More details can be foundin the technical report below. ? ?There are now four different sets of LFW images including the original and three different types of "aligned" images.The aligned images include "funneled images" (ICCV 2007), LFW-a, which uses an unpublished method of alignment,and "deep funneled" images (NIPS 2012). Among these, LFW-a and the deep funneled images produce superior results for most face verification ?algorithms over the original images and over the funneled images (ICCV 2007).

? ? ?LFW (Labeled Faces in the Wild) 人臉數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)是由美國(guó)馬薩諸塞州立大學(xué)阿默斯特分校計(jì)算機(jī)視覺(jué)實(shí)驗(yàn)室整理完成的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)，主要用來(lái)研究非受限情況下的人臉識(shí)別問(wèn)題。LFW 數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)主要是從互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上搜集圖像，而不是實(shí)驗(yàn)室，一共含有13000 多張人臉圖像，每張圖像都被標(biāo)識(shí)出對(duì)應(yīng)的人的名字，其中有1680 人對(duì)應(yīng)不只一張圖像，即大約1680個(gè)人包含兩個(gè)以上的人臉。

LFW數(shù)據(jù)集主要測(cè)試人臉識(shí)別的準(zhǔn)確率，該數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)從中隨機(jī)選擇了6000對(duì)人臉組成了人臉辨識(shí)圖片對(duì)，其中3000對(duì)屬于同一個(gè)人2張人臉照片，3000對(duì)屬于不同的人每人1張人臉照片。測(cè)試過(guò)程LFW給出一對(duì)照片，詢問(wèn)測(cè)試中的系統(tǒng)兩張照片是不是同一個(gè)人，系統(tǒng)給出“是”或“否”的答案。通過(guò)6000對(duì)人臉測(cè)試結(jié)果的系統(tǒng)答案與真實(shí)答案的比值可以得到人臉識(shí)別準(zhǔn)確率。
這個(gè)集合被廣泛應(yīng)用于評(píng)價(jià) face verification算法的性能。?

? ? 這些數(shù)據(jù)集唯一的限制就是它們可以被經(jīng)典的Viola-Jones檢測(cè)器檢測(cè)到（a hummor）。圖像如下圖所示，
