在 FSL虛擬機 CentOS linux系統(tǒng)中安裝ANFI包，期望Resample DTI和fMRI數(shù)據(jù)。
首先，按照官方按照教程step-by-step安裝軟件，直到suma -update_env一步一切都正常。但suma回車之后報錯

(base) [fsluser@fsl ~]$ suma -update_env bash: suma: command not found... Similar command is: 'sum'

這里報錯的原因是漏掉了教程中，更新環(huán)境變量一步。這里稍稍吐槽一下自己的粗心，直接忽略掉教程中的Purpose內(nèi)容：

Purpose: Download and unpack the current binaries in your $HOME directory; set the AFNI binary directory name to $HOME/abin/; and add that location to the $PATH in both ~/.cshrc and ~/.bashrc.

折騰了十幾分鐘無用功。而實際上，只要將環(huán)境變量更新，就可以找到suma命令。

export PATH=/home/fsluser/Antsbin/bin:$PATH

但隨后執(zhí)行

(base) [fsluser@fsl ~]$ suma -update_env suma: error while loading shared libraries: libGLw.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

還是報錯，缺少依賴關(guān)系。根據(jù)官方的論壇提示，重新下載了包，命令就可以正常執(zhí)行了。

(base) [fsluser@fsl ~]$ sudo yum install -y mesa-libGLw mesa-libGLU

緊接著安裝R，經(jīng)過長時間的下載和配置，最終也報了很多包依賴關(guān)系的錯誤。

根據(jù)GitHub上的建議，我在R環(huán)境中，手動安裝nloptr包。

install.packages("nloptr")

但仍然不成功，報錯缺少libtool的link。

后來，看到stackoverflow上多條意見都指向了R包的版本不一致問題，如鏈接一， 鏈接二，和鏈接三。最終根據(jù)建議，手動指定安裝包的版本，nloptr包在R中就能被成功安裝。
