留言板是接觸WEB開發的基礎，寫一個留言板需要知道前端的一些基礎標簽，對數據庫有一個了解會基礎SQL語言，PHP基礎知識，前段基礎+數據庫基礎+PHP基礎=>留言板。
前方高能哇（界面真的是吃藕誒…
先建一個數據庫，數據庫里有兩張表，一個存賬號密碼，一個存留言信息

首先實現用戶留言的部分，這是第一步，沒有留言index頁面就空了嘛～
