Mono 2.0包括ADO.NET 2.0/ASP.NET 2.0/Windows.Forms 2.0/System.XML 2.0/System.Drawing/Linq/GTK#等類庫的實現(xiàn)。這個release比1.x更為完整和成熟了。其中，C#編譯器對C# 3的支持已經(jīng)完整；標準庫方面，WinForms 2.0的API已經(jīng)完整支持，LINQ和ASP.NET的支持也比之前更為完善；執(zhí)行引擎開始共享泛型代碼后占用內(nèi)存量減少了。

新版的主站界面也十分漂亮

幾年前要是誰說CLI是跨平臺的，以Mono來舉例的話，或許會被強烈抨擊Mono不現(xiàn)實，也就是在去年園子里就爆發(fā)過一場激烈的爭論不要奢望.NET能夠跨平臺。但現(xiàn)在的Mono已不同于昔日的，可謂今非昔比。加上不斷成熟的MonoDevelop，在Windows之外做CLI平臺上的開發(fā)也越來越現(xiàn)實了。
