FIRERESPONSE (DRILL) PROCEDURE FOR INDIVIDUAL STAFF

Thisdrill is planned to take 60 minutes from start to end. Actual time is subjectto the response of individual staff members.?Attendancemarking at the Assembly Point will close 15 minutes after start of drill.?A listing of persons who are absent at the Assembly Point will besubmitted to Heads of Dept. after the drill for his/her attention. ?Allstaff are required to participate but persons who think they cannot participatebecause they are performing business-critical functions ought to seek exemptionfrom their respective Dept. heads.
此次演習預計耗時60分鐘，具體時間根據現場響應時間決定。現場人員清點將在演習開始后15分鐘后停止。所有的員工都要求參加此次演習，如有特殊情況請事先得到經理主管的許可。

1.????Upon being notified of a fire, Landlord'sFire Command Centre (FCC) will immediately dispatch a Fire Response Team to thefire floor to investigate and fight the fire.
大樓管理處在接到火警后，將迅速至現場查看火情，確定火災程度及性質。

2.????If the Fire Response Team considers the fireto be uncontrollable, they will notify FCC. FCC then activates the fire alarmof the entire building.

大樓確定火災失去控制后，會立即通知大樓管理處，管理處將立即手動啟動報警裝置。

3.????At the same time, FCC will make a generalannouncement over the speakers about the incident and instruct all to evacuate.
同時，管理處將通過廣播通知各租戶火災的發生。

員工疏散

1.?????? Upon hearingthe alarm bell and announcements, all Landlord Security Guard will lead ourstaff(Who will attend this drill) out of the floor, down the nearest fireescape staircase.
當聽到火警警鈴及廣播后，大樓保安將引導我們員工離開辦公室，由逃生樓梯下樓。

2.?????? DO NOT USETHE LIFTS. If you are in the lift when the fire alarm goes off, get out at thenearest floor and use the fire staircase.
?請勿使用電梯！如果警鈴開啟時，你正在電梯中，請立即至最近的樓層，找到消防樓梯下樓。

3.?????? Goimmediately to the Assembly Point located next to Bank of Nanjing.
請至大樓正門疏散集合地點（近南京銀行）集合。

·????????9 EASY STEPS FOR STAFF DURING FIRE EVACUATION
九步小貼士

1.???? Free upyour schedule around the drill time if applicable, seek exemption from yourDept. heads and notify your fire warden.

請安排好自己的工作，留出時間，參加演習。有特殊情況，請事先告知部門經理或領導，得到批注。

2.???? Familiaryourself with your assigned fire warden keeping their contact number. Familiaryourself with evacuation map, evacuation route from your workplace.

熟悉自己的消防聯系人，逃生樓梯位置及逃生路線。

3.???? Hear firealarm, stay calm, lockup confidential documents/ valuables. Listen toannouncements by FCC and your Area Warden.

聽到火警警報，保持冷靜，鎖好重要文件。聽從物業管理處或消防聯系人的指導

4.???? Evacuateby nearest fire exit (push the Emergency Door Release Bar) DO NOT USE LIFTS.

請勿使用電梯！請推開緊急消防門從消防樓梯步行至樓下疏散集合點。

5.???? Take careof your own safety and also not endanger others, following fire wardens'advice. (Do not hurt yourself by walking too fast; Female occupants arerecommended not wearing high-heeled shoes in the drill)

請照顧好自己及不要傷害到別人（不要因為快速奔跑弄傷自己或他人）。女生應避免在演習當天穿高跟鞋。

6.???? Take careof handicapped person (in a real fire) and your visitors by leading them toevacuation route. (Visitor is voluntary to participate in this drill)

請照顧好行動有困難的員工（在真正火宰發生時），來訪客人，幫助他們從逃生路線至集合點。

7.???? If to godown to ground floor, exit the building and go straight to Assembly Point –Bankof Nanjing

到達1樓后，請直接到大樓正門疏散集合點簽到集合。

8.???? AtAssembly Point look for your AW and report your attendance, and any missedpeople and location (inclusive of visitors in a real fire) DO NOT GO BACK IN TOTHE BUILDING UNTIL THIS IS DONE

到達疏散集合點后，請立即找到消防聯系人，登記簽到。在演習結束前，請勿擅自回到大廈內。

9.???? Stay atAssembly Point for further instructions from your AW –back to the office.

等待消防聯系人的指示 -- 演習結束，回到辦公室。
