空氣質(zhì)量站點(diǎn)監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)簡介

一、數(shù)據(jù)簡介

??環(huán)境質(zhì)量不僅影響公眾健康,還與經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展息息相關(guān)。空氣質(zhì)量是我國環(huán)境治理的重要領(lǐng)域,其在日常生活中可感性高,直接影響人們的日常生產(chǎn)生活,還與經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、企業(yè)發(fā)展與盈利狀況緊密相關(guān),城市高質(zhì)量發(fā)展愈發(fā)受到城市空氣質(zhì)量的約束,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中持續(xù)的能源消耗上升以及環(huán)境惡化加劇會(huì)制約經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,使得經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展質(zhì)量下降。

??空氣質(zhì)量指數(shù)(Air Quality Index,AQI)是我國現(xiàn)行的,用于定量描述空氣質(zhì)量狀況的非線性無量綱指數(shù),適用于表示城市的短期空氣質(zhì)量狀況和變化趨勢。 其指數(shù)分級計(jì)算參考的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是GB 3095-2012《環(huán)境空氣質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(現(xiàn)行,2012年最新修訂),參與評價(jià)的污染物為SO2、NO2、PM10、PM2.5、O3、CO等,發(fā)布頻率為每小時(shí)發(fā)布一次。

??對空氣質(zhì)量的評定是由城市空氣質(zhì)量監(jiān)測站對存在于大氣、空氣中的污染物質(zhì)進(jìn)行定點(diǎn)、連續(xù)或者定時(shí)的采樣、測量和分析后得到相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)。 空氣質(zhì)量監(jiān)測站位于各城市的建成區(qū)內(nèi),分布相對均勻,覆蓋全部建成區(qū),最終的空氣質(zhì)量指數(shù)是由城市中所有監(jiān)測點(diǎn)的污染物濃度的算術(shù)平均值計(jì)算而來,代表所在城市建成區(qū)污染物濃度的總體平均值。因此,空氣質(zhì)量站點(diǎn)監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)是評定空氣質(zhì)量的一手?jǐn)?shù)據(jù),且空氣質(zhì)量監(jiān)測站點(diǎn)的選址也會(huì)影響對于空氣質(zhì)量的評定。

??因空氣污染物消散速度較快,對治理措施的反應(yīng)迅速,以及日度數(shù)據(jù)的可得性等原因,空氣質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)常常被用于實(shí)證研究。CnOpenData平臺(tái)的數(shù)據(jù)既包含各城市空氣質(zhì)量的日度數(shù)據(jù),也包括各監(jiān)測站點(diǎn)的位置信息和監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù), 采集了自2014年5月13日以來的全部信息,為空氣質(zhì)量的相關(guān)研究提供了完整、可靠的數(shù)據(jù)來源。
