單相AC-DC變換電路
摘要:本系統(tǒng)基于有源功率因數(shù)校正(PFC)芯片UCC28019及單片機AT90C516,設計并制作了單相AC-DC變換電路。系統(tǒng)電路主要包括六個模塊:變壓器模塊、功率因數(shù)校正模塊、過流保護和報警模塊、相位測量模塊、單片機顯示和控制模塊、輔助電源模塊。變壓器由自耦變壓器和隔離變壓器構成,可實現(xiàn)20~30V可調(diào)的交流電壓;功率因數(shù)校正模塊通過UCC28019芯片內(nèi)部電壓和電流雙閉環(huán)控制實現(xiàn)輸出直流電壓36V,最大輸出電流可達到2.5A;過流保護模塊采集輸出電流,當電流超過2.5A,單片機控制繼電器關斷電源,以達到斷電的目的,同時報警電路提示;相位測量模塊采集輸入端的電壓、電流,經(jīng)過零檢測和A/D轉(zhuǎn)換,至單片機AT90C516顯示。輔助電源模塊為UCC28019、單片機提供電源。測試表明,本文設計的單相AC-DC變換電路可實現(xiàn)輸入功率為37.5W,輸出功率為30W,效率為80%,功率因數(shù)為0.98,很好地實現(xiàn)了本次競賽“單相AC-DC變換電路”的各項指標,具有良好的人機界面。

Abstract: The system is base on UCC28019 which is an active power factor connection chip and MCU AT90C516, in order to design single-phase AC-DC conversion circuit. The system has six modules including a transformer module、PFC module、an overcurrent protection and alarm module、a phase measuring module 、a MCU module which is used to measure and display and an auxiliary supply power module. The transformer module is consisted of an autotransformer and an isolation transformer, it can output a volage ranged from 20V to 30V. The PFC module is based on UCC28019, it is able to output 36V and maximum current 2.5A. The overcurrent protection module collect output current 2.5A, when the current is over2.5A, the MCU will control the relay to cut off the power, the alarm circuit will give a hint at the same time. The phase measuring module collect input volage and input current, after zero-cross detection and A/D conversion. The AT90C516 will display the results. The auxiliary supply power module is used to providing volage to the chips. According to the measurement, the input power is 37.5W,the output power is 30W,the efficiency is 80%,the PFC is 0.98, it complete the indexes perfectly, and has a good man-machine interface.
