原因：

使用了不存在的下標，舉個例子，假設新建了一個vector：

vector<string>?ans;

現在將某個字符串ss放入vector中：

ans[1].push_back(ss);

此時就會報錯，因為實際上ans[1]這一塊空間是不存在的。

解決方法:

在初始化vector時就指定vector的大小：

vector<string>?ans(n);
