以下是關于開啟SLIC功能的方法（轉自網絡）：

部分DELL BIOS刷新SLIC后如果在Windows上看不到SLIC版本信息，則需要手動打開ASSET.COM PASS:12/31，方法是啟動到DOS下，輸入ASSET.COM PASS:12/31 是使BIOS設置成工廠模式，在工廠模式，所有的功能項都是開啟的，包括SLIC證書。在DELL的L10工廠，出貨時再根據用戶的購買的要求，如果有系統話就會開啟SLIC，沒有的話就會把SLIC關畢。

命令格式注意：

1、ASSET命令一定要完整區分大小寫，如果全部用小寫，就不會有alt+f提示。
2、ASSET命令成功后，一定要先把網線拔掉，再進行重啟，不然重啟后會優先用網絡啟動，也不會有alt+f，alt+f重啟后，進入系統后就可以重新 插入網線了，一切就ok了。這個是因為12/31是開啟了dell的工廠模式，也默認開啟了slic，但工廠模式啟動順序是網絡優先，不可調整的。

DELL的板子分類及命令格式對照：

筆記本/臺式機直接用ASSET.COM PASS:12/31，如Dell T3500/T5500/T7500等。

服務器直接用ASSET.COM PASS:1234，如Dell PowerEdge T105等。

臺式機用ASSET.EXE PASS:12/34，如Dell C51; OptiPlex 740等。

ASSET.COM /ASSET.EXE 還有版本號的區分，最好到官方下載對應的機種。

工廠模式就是啟動順序先從軟驅，再網絡PXE，再硬盤，啟動順序無法更改，硬盤工作在AHCI模式，沒裝AHCI的驅動要把它改為ATA模式，如果是裝DELL原版一般是帶有AHCI驅動，可以不改。

刷新前先到官網下載對應機種的最新BIOS。確保BIOS有SLIC證書。刷了重啟系統之前要把軟驅，網線撥掉，直接提示ALT+F鍵，按ALT+F鍵消除工廠模式。雖然消了工廠模式，但所有的功能還是全打開的，只是BIOS的選項可以自己設定。

升級刷新DELL BIOS 的升級方法：

第一種：如果下載BIOS是個gz壓縮包的，將原版BIOS文件和bios.gz拷入U盤（原版bios可到dell官網下載，為exe文件，假設為XXXXX.EXE），使用DOS啟動盤啟動進入DOS模式下，切到U盤目錄，運行：XXXXX.EXE -READGZFILE。然后進入刷機界面，校驗完畢按任意鍵開始刷新。

第二種：如果下載包本身就是exe格式的，可以直接在windows下運行即可升級刷新。
