官網下載并解壓mysql-5.7.25-winx64.zip，然后配置環境變量

在解壓的目錄下創建data文件夾用于存放數據，再創建my.ini配置文件，內容如下:

1、mysqld --initialize --user=mysql --console 初始化數據庫，在data目錄里生成數據文件，會生成一個默認密碼,復制好密碼, 以便待會兒修改密碼：

2、mysqld -install 安裝MySQL服務

C:\WINDOWS\system32>mysqld -install

Service successfully installed.

3、net start mysql 啟動MySQL服務

C:\WINDOWS\system32>net start mysql

MySQL 服務正在啟動 .

MySQL 服務已經啟動成功。

4、mysql -u root -p 輸入剛才的復制的默認密碼，登陸mysql

C:\WINDOWS\system32>mysql -uroot -p

Enter password: ************

Welcome to the MySQL monitor. Commands end with ; or \g.

Your MySQL connection id is 2

Server version: 5.7.25

5、SET PASSWORD FOR 'root'@'localhost' = PASSWORD('garcon'); 修改密碼

mysql> SET PASSWORD FOR 'root'@'localhost' = PASSWORD('garcon');

Query OK, 0 rows affected, 1 warning (0.00 sec)
