MSB8036 ? ?The Windows SDK version 10.0 was not found. Install the required version of Windows SDK or change the SDK version in the project property pages or by right-clicking the solution and selecting "Retarget solution".
原因：

vs2015對windows10 系統支持不好，vs2015出來的時候，win10還沒出來，所以把目標平臺調到win10以下
