題解：思維

1、當(dāng)且僅當(dāng)x>y并且x>y+z時(shí)，upvote；

2、當(dāng)且僅當(dāng)x==y并且z==0時(shí)，0；

3、當(dāng)且僅當(dāng)x<y并且x+z<y時(shí)，downvote；

4、其余情況都是？；

5、由于z如果全部加到劣勢(shì)的一方，依然不能贏的話，優(yōu)勢(shì)一方必贏；
