Nowadays, in an era of information and technology, abundant recreational activities areavailable for people to release their stain and stress, ranging from sports tosurfing the internet. There is a hot debate going on arguing whether they aregood for the public or not, especially for college students.

現代，在信息科技時代，從體育到上網，豐富的娛樂活動可以緩解人們的緊張和壓力。有一個熱點爭論是關于娛樂活動能否給人們帶來好處，尤其是對于大學生。

As for such aquestion, different people hold different opinions. Some believe that recreationis helpful if we want to keep healthy physically and mentally. Also it goeswithout saying that various activities brought by modern technology havegreatly enriched our experiences and brought much excitement to us. There is anopposite voice, however, which claims these activities bring many problems. If wespend too much time on recreational activities such as sports and computergames, we might fail to concentrate on out duties such as studying and working,which in turn may lead to further consequences.

針對這一問題，不同的人有不同的意見。有些人認為，如果我們想保持身心健康，娛樂活動是有幫助的。科技帶來的多種多樣的娛樂活動豐富了我們的經歷，帶給我們刺激。但是有相反的觀點聲稱這些娛樂活動帶來了很多問題，如果我們花費了大量的時間來進行娛樂活動，比如說體育和電腦游戲，我們可能無法集中精力在我們的學習和工作上。這可能導致再進一步的后果。

As far as I’mconcerned, I hold the belief that recreational activities do more good thanharm. They do give us a good chance to relax, and thereby, make us study andwork more efficiently. As long as arranging the time reasonably, we are sure tobenefit more from recreational activities.

就我而言，我認為娛樂活動利大于弊。他們給我們帶來了一個放松的機會，從而讓我們學習和工作更高效。只要合理安排時間，我們確信從娛樂活動受益多多。
