摘 要：近年來我國計算機網絡應用發展迅速，已經遍布經濟、文化、科研、軍事、教育和社

會生活等各個領域，由此網絡安全問題成了新的熱點。計算機網絡安全問題，直接關系到一個國

家的政治、軍事、經濟等領域的安全和穩定。針對計算機網絡系統存在的安全性和可靠性問題，

從網絡安全內容、網絡安全的威脅、解決措施等方面提出一些見解。因此，提高對網絡安全重要

性的認識，增強防范意識，強化防范措施，是保證信息產業持續穩定發展的重要保證和前提條件。
