本章主要目的：了解數詞定義及分類
1. 數詞的定義
數詞：表示數目多少或順序多少的詞
2. 數詞的分類
2.1 基數詞
表示數目的詞
| 1~10 | one，two，three，four，five，six，seven，eight，nine，ten． |
| 11~19 | eleven(11)，twelve(12)， thirteen(13)， fourteen(14)， fifteen(15)， sixteen(16)， seventeen(17)，eighteen(18)， nineteen(19)． |
| 20~99 | twenty(20)，thirty(30), forty(40)，fifty(50)，sixty(60)，seventy(70)，eighty(80)，ninety(90)。表示幾十幾時，在幾十和個位基數詞形式之間添加連字符“-” seventy-six(76) |
| 百位數 | 個數基數詞形式加“hundred”，表示幾百，在幾十幾與百位間加上and．? one hundred and one(101) |
| 千位數以上 | 從數字的右端向左端數起，每三位數加一個逗號“，”。從右開始，第一個“，”前的數字后添加 thousand，第二個“，”前面的數字后添加 million，第三個“，”前的數字后添加 billion。然后一節一節分別表示，兩個逗號之間最大的數為百位數形式。 one thousand and one hundred and one(1101) one million,eleven thousand and one hundred and one(1,011,101) one billion, eleven million, eleven thousand and one hundred and one(1,011,011,101) |

表示順序的詞
| 1~10 | first，second， third， fourth，fifth，sixth，seventh，eighth，ninth，tenth，eleventh(11)，twelfth(12)， thirteenth(13)， fourteenth(14)， fifteenth(15)， sixteenth(16)， seventeenth(17)，eighteenth(18)， nineteenth(19)． |
| 從第二十至第九十九 | twentieth(20)，thirtieth(30), fortieth(40)，fiftieth(50)，sixtieth(60)，seventieth(70)，eightieth(80)，ninetieth(90)。表示第幾十幾時，用幾十的基數詞形式加上連字符“－”和個位序數詞形式一起表示 fifty-sixth(56) |
| 第一百以上的多位序數詞 | 由基數詞的形式變結尾部分為序數詞形式來表示。 one hundred and twenty-first(121) one thousand，three hundred and twentieth(1320) |
2.3 倍數詞
表示倍數關系
| 分數形式 | a/one half(1/2),?a/one quarter(1/4) 其余分數的規則為：分母用基數詞，分子用序數詞，分母大于2時，分子后面加s. one third(1/3) two thirds(2/3) three quarters(3/4) one and three quarters(1又3/4) |
| 小數形式 | 小數點前用基數詞，小數點后直接用單個基數詞依次寫出，小數點則用point表示 twelve point three four five six(12.3456) twenty-four point two seven three(24.273) |
| 整數形式 | 序數詞后面加times two times(兩倍) three times(三倍) 其他寫法： twice / double(兩倍) triple(三倍) quadruple(四倍) quintuple(五倍) |
2.4 量詞
表示數量單位的詞
組成規則：基數詞+名詞+of，若基數詞大于1，名詞需要為復數形式
