SAP MM 巴西采購(gòu)訂單中的NCM Code

1，近日收到業(yè)務(wù)部門報(bào)的一個(gè)問題，某用戶試圖將采購(gòu)訂單4400000071中ITEM 40的刪除標(biāo)記取消，

SAP系統(tǒng)報(bào)錯(cuò)，'Enter a valid NCM code', 如下圖:

問我們?cè)撊绾谓鉀Q。乍看這個(gè)報(bào)錯(cuò)，筆者有點(diǎn)懵！筆者從沒有做過巴西的SAP項(xiàng)目，對(duì)于所謂的NCM code完全不了解。所以咨詢了相關(guān)的同事，才慢慢對(duì)所謂的NCM code有點(diǎn)概念了。

2，經(jīng)查，巴西采購(gòu)訂單行項(xiàng)目細(xì)節(jié)里有一個(gè)Brazil選項(xiàng)卡，該選項(xiàng)卡里有所謂的NCM code字段。該采購(gòu)訂單中Item 10沒有報(bào)錯(cuò)，因?yàn)樗芯S護(hù)NCM code。如下圖：

實(shí)際上，采購(gòu)訂單上的NCM code來自物料主數(shù)據(jù)或者下采購(gòu)訂單時(shí)候手工維護(hù)。

用戶遇到報(bào)錯(cuò)的ITEM對(duì)應(yīng)的物料號(hào)，其物料主數(shù)據(jù)的進(jìn)出口視圖里，control code字段為空，

如果物料主數(shù)據(jù)里維護(hù)了control code字段值，會(huì)自動(dòng)帶入采購(gòu)訂單里，體現(xiàn)為NCM code。

所以解決方案就是找人維護(hù)好物料主數(shù)據(jù)里的Control code字段值，同時(shí)修改這個(gè)采購(gòu)訂單相關(guān)ITEM數(shù)據(jù)，將NCM code字段值維護(hù)好。

4，巴西NCM Code的相關(guān)說明

4.1)The identification of your customs codes in Brazil is one of the first steps necessary to start an import. NCM codes determine the import duties and taxes you will need to pay for each of your products. With each NCM code comes a different percentage of import duties and taxes. There are currently 5 different import duties and taxes (II, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ICMS) that need to be taken into account for each NCM. Because of the Brazilian tax specificity, the import duties and taxes calculation is not the simple sum of the percentage but a complex cascading calculation. All these reasons make essential the identification (or the classification if necessary) of your NCM code before doing business in Brazil.

4.2)In Brazil, we need the NCM code to define IPI tax. If you procuring under Brazil then you need to input NCM is mandatory on PO .
