在新安裝的寶塔面板中php無法啟動起來

去看了網站的報錯信息是：

[Wed Aug 15 11:00:09.827025 2018] [proxy:error] [pid 4264] (2)No such file or directory: AH02454: FCGI: attempt to connect to Unix domain socket /tmp/php-cgi-56.sock (*) failed

[Wed Aug 15 11:00:09.827062 2018] [proxy_fcgi:error] [pid 4264] [client 116.247.86.62:50522] AH01079: failed to make connection to backend: httpd-UDS

啟動php的時候提示的錯誤信息是：

/www/server/php/56/sbin/php-fpm: error while loading shared libraries: libicui18n.so.42: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

在網上找了以前他們提問的問題：

1、有的說在php-rpm.conf里面配置，但是我在服務器里whereis 搜索沒有發現對應文件

2、有人說是節點問題，國外的個別節點不能訪問

反正沒有給出個具體的解決辦法來
