numpy.random.rand(d0,?d1,?…,?dn)Random values in a given shape.(指定類型的)
Create an array of the given shape and populate it with random samples from a uniform distribution over?[0,?1).(創建一個給定類型的數組，將其填充在一個均勻分布的隨機樣本[0,?1)中)
| d0, d1, …, dn?: int, optional The dimensions of the returned array, should all be positive. If no argument is given a single Python float is returned.(返回數組的尺寸，都應該是正的。如果沒有給定一個單一的類型，將要返回float) |
