原因不明。。。連續運行很多次都這樣

本來想多啟動幾次，想看看是否某次啟動就好了，突然隔壁大叔過來告訴我們說要停電，好吧，那就測不了了。。。

正常關機后，停電來電后重啟電腦，啟動程序，攝像頭又好了。。。
