The first thing I notice is you are running Ruby 1.8 on OS X which is not supported as it's an old version. If you can follow the instructions for installing a recent version of Ruby -?http://docs.cloudfoundry.com/docs/common/install_ruby.html#osx?have another go after doing this and then come back if the issue persists.?
