事實上是因為，我的python為2.7版本，下載的numpy為2.6版本，所以錯誤。

解決方案：

下載和python對應版本的numpy安裝文件：

下載版本為cp27的文件。

重新安裝運行：

C:\Python27\Scripts>pip?install?"numpy-1.9.2+mkl-cp26-none-win_amd64.whl"
