第一條根據學校《關于全面深化改革提高人才培養質量的決定》和《西南石油大學本科學生成績管理辦法》，為適應當前教學管理技術的發展、人才培養模式和學校教學管理改革的需要，規范成績單、在讀證明管理并推進管理現代化，充分發揮本科生自助查詢打印終端功能效用，確保設備正常、安全運行，結合學校實際，特制定本辦法。Article IThe Measures for Management of Self-service Score Inquiry and Printing Terminal for Undergraduate Students of Southwest Petroleum University (hereinafter referred to as "Measures") is hereby formulated as per Decision on Comprehensively Deepening Reform and Improving the Quality of Talent Cultivation and Management Measures for Scores of Undergraduate Students of Southwest Petroleum University of the university and by combining with the actual situation of the university, with a purpose of adapting to the current teaching management technology development, talent cultivation mode, and the needs of the teaching management reform of the university, standardizing the management of transcripts and certificates of schooling, promoting the modernization of management, giving full play to the function of the undergraduate student self-service inquiry and printing terminal and ensuring the normal and safe operation of the equipment.

第二條本科生成績自助查詢打印終端主要為學生提供基本信息查詢、當前學期課表查詢、成績查詢、中(英)文在讀證明打印、中(英)文成績單打印等服務，由學校相關部門按照職責分工負責終端的管理、維護工作。Article IIThe self-service score inquiry and printing terminal for undergraduate students mainly provides students with basic information inquiry, inquiry of course schedule in current semester, score inquiry, printing of Chinese (English) certificates of schooling, Chinese (English) transcript printing and other services, which shall be managed and maintained by relevant departments of the university according to the division of responsibilities.

第三條教務處負責本科生成績自助查詢打印終端的牽頭管理。Article IIIThe Office of Academic Affairs shall take the lead for the management of the self-service score inquiry and printing terminal for undergraduate students.

(1)安排專人負責設備的日常維護，包括每日檢查終端系統軟硬件狀態(讀卡器、觸摸屏、打印機、應用程序等)、網絡狀態等是否正常、耗材更換與添加等。如終端出現故障，及時查找原因并采取措施解決。Assign special personnel to conduct the daily maintenance of the equipment, including the daily check of the status of terminal system software and hardware (card reader, touch screen, printer, application program, etc.), network status, consumable replacement and addition, etc. In case of a terminal failure, find out the reason and take measures to solve it.

(2)負責本科生成績自助查詢打印終端打印專用紙張的印制、管理。Be responsible for the printing and management of the special printing paper for the self-service score inquiry and printing terminal for undergraduate students.

(3)負責相關服務器的日常維護及管理。Be responsible for daily maintenance and management of related servers.

第四條現代教育技術中心負責本科生成績自助查詢打印終端的相應技術支持和維護。Article IVThe Modern Education Technology Center shall be responsible for the technical support and maintenance of the self-service score inquiry and printing terminal for undergraduate students.

(1)負責本科生成績自助查詢打印終端使用網絡的資源配置、安全及日常維護。Be responsible for the resource allocation, security and daily maintenance of network for the self-service score inquiry and printing terminal for undergraduate students.

(2)負責本科生成績自助查詢打印終端上校園一卡通繳費的日常管理，讀卡器及接口程序的日常維護技術支持。Be responsible for the daily management of campus card payment on the self-service score inquiry and printing terminal for undergraduate students, and the technical support for the daily maintenance of card reader and interface program.

(3)向教務處提供校園一卡通管理平臺查詢賬號，用于查詢收費情況。Provide the Office of Academic Affairs with the inquiry account number of campus card management platform for the information of fees.

第五條保衛處負責本科生成績自助查詢打印終端設備的安全。Article VThe Security Department shall be responsible for the security of the self-service score inquiry and printing terminal for undergraduate students.

第六條學生須使用本人學號及綜合教務系統密碼進行身份驗證，并嚴格按照終端使用說明進行操作。Article VIStudents shall use their own student ID numbers and the password of the comprehensive educational administration system to verify their identities, and operate in strict accordance with the terminal instructions.

第七條對在校學生，因各種原因需使用在校期間學習成績單、在讀證明者，只能通過學校提供的本科生成績自助查詢打印終端進行打印，學院自行出具的學習成績單、在讀證明無效。學校本著以學生為本的原則，學生在培養方案的八個學期中可免費打印不超過17份的中(英)文成績單或中(英)文在讀證明。其中，中文成績單10份，英文成績單3份，中文在讀證明2份，英文在讀證明2份。超過規定數量的按每份3元收費(費用在學生校園一卡通余額中扣除)。Article VIIStudents of the university who need their transcripts and certificates of schooling for various reasons shall only print them on the self-service score inquiry and printing terminal for undergraduate students provided by the university and the transcripts and certificates of schooling issued by the college shall be invalid. In line with the principle of "student-oriented", students may print no more than 17 copies of Chinese (English) transcripts or Chinese (English) certificates of schooling free of charge during the eight semesters of the training program. Among them, there are 10 Chinese transcripts, 3 English transcripts, 2 Chinese certificates of schooling and 2 English certificates of schooling. Those exceeding the specified amount shall be charged RMB 3 per copy (the fees shall be deducted from the balance of students' campus cards).

第八條對已畢業學生因各種原因需使用在校期間成績單者，可使用本科生成績自助查詢打印終端免費打印中(英)文成績單各1份，或者到學校檔案館復印，加蓋校檔案館公章(鮮章有效)。Article VIIIGraduates who need their transcripts for various reasons may print one copy of Chinese (English) transcript free of charge on the self-service score inquiry and printing terminal for undergraduate students, or copy their transcripts at the university's Archives Center with the official seal of the Archives Center (only new seals shall be effective).

第九條學生不得暴力使用終端設備，不得在終端設備上涂寫、刻畫，更不得打、砸終端設備，否則，損壞設備照價賠償并按《西南石油大學學生違紀處分條例》處理。Article IXStudents shall not use the terminal equipment by violence, or write or depict on it, or hit or smash it; otherwise, they shall compensate for the damaged equipment according to the cost and shall be punished in accordance with the Measures for Punishment of Disciplinary Violations of Students of Southwest Petroleum University.

第十條偽造成績、違規出具成績單、在讀證明者，根據事故責任，工作人員參照《西南石油大學教學及教學管理事故認定、處理辦法》進行處理、學生按《西南石油大學學生違紀處分條例》進行處理。Article XIn case of score forging and illegal issuance of transcripts and certificates of schooling, the staff shall be treated as per Measures for the Determination and Treatment of Teaching and Teaching Management Accidents of Southwest Petroleum University and the students shall be punished as per Measures for Punishment of Disciplinary Violations of Students of Southwest Petroleum University.

第十一條本辦法自2015年秋季學期開始實施，由學校授權教務處負責解釋。Article XIThe Measures have been implemented since the fall semester of 2015, which shall be interpreted by the Office of Academic Affairs of the university.
