OpenCV 3.1之前的版本,在contrib目錄下有提供遍歷文件的函數,用起來比較方便。但是在最新的OpenCV 3.1版本給去除掉了。為了以后使用方便,這里將OpenCV 2.4.9中相關的函數給提取了出來,適合在Windows 64bits上使用。
