UE capability 分為 Network capability 和 Radio capability, 即網絡能力和無線能力。

1. Netowrk Capability
   UE 在做Attach Request 時會主動上報自己的網絡能力；
2. Radio Capability
   網絡側下發Enquiry Capability來請求UE無線能力，UE 回復capability information.

重點關注上述標紅的2個參數：
Dual connectivity with NR (DCNR) (octet 9, bit 5)
UE是否支持NR雙連接.
This bit indicates the capability for dual connecitivity with NR.
0 dual connectivity with NR not supported
1 dual connectivity with NR supported

N1 mode supported (N1mode) (octet 9, bit 6)
UE是否支持5G 核心網。
This bit indicates the capability for N1 mode.
0 N1 mode not supported
1 N1 mode supported

EPS network feature support

在Attach accept 消息中存在 EPS network feature support 信元，參考：36.304

其中RestrictDCNR用來指示網絡是否支持DCNR.

This bit indicates if the use of dual connectivity with NR is restricted or not.
0 Use of dual connectivity with NR is not restricted
1 Use of dual connectivity with NR is restricted

UE Radio Capability

UE的無線能力中RAT部分經歷多年的演進，其包含的內容已經非常龐大(記得在2016年時，LTE 的C代碼中為這個capability 申請了幾十M的內存空間進行存儲。)，比如：支持的頻率列表、CA band 組合、DC組合等，如果UE每次idle 轉connected 都上報這些信息，是空口資源的一種浪費。為了避免這種浪費，網絡側在首次需要這些資源時，會下發enquiry 消息主動獲取，然后存儲在MME中，后續需要時直接查詢即可。

網絡請求UE上報無線能力:



在ENDC中，網絡會請求的RAT包括：eutra/eura-nr/nr
在eutra中存在ENDC相關能力指示：
nocriticalExtension: IRAT-ParametersNR-r15 -> en-DC-r15

en-DC-r15 表示UE是否支持en-DC
