1.查看em的狀態(tài)

[oracle@zhgsdb1 ~]$ emctl status dbconsole

Oracle Enterprise Manager 10g Database Control Release 10.2.0.5.0

Copyright (c) 1996, 2010 Oracle Corporation.All rights reserved.

Oracle Enterprise Manager 10g is not running.

------------------------------------------------------------------

Logs are generated in directory /oracle/app/oracle/product/10.2/zhgsdb1_CTAIS1/sysman/log

顯示沒有運(yùn)行。

2.嘗試關(guān)閉em

[oracle@zhgsdb1 ~]$ emctl stop dbconsole

TZ set to PRC

Oracle Enterprise Manager 10g Database Control Release 10.2.0.5.0

Copyright (c) 1996, 2010 Oracle Corporation.All rights reserved.

Stopping Oracle Enterprise Manager 10g Database Control ...

--- Failed to shutdown DBConsole Gracefully ---

failed.

提示關(guān)閉失敗。

3.重建EM

重建后還是錯(cuò)誤提示一樣。

4.安裝8350262補(bǔ)丁

安裝8350262補(bǔ)丁后,問題還是一樣，節(jié)點(diǎn)1em依舊啟動(dòng)不成功。

5.尋求oracle技術(shù)支持,開tar

Oracle的建議是:

On both nodes

1) emctl stop dbconsole

2) ps -ef | grep OC4J ==> kill any processes found related to this dbcontrol

3) ps -ef | grep agent ==> kill any process found related to dbcontrol's agent

通過掉oc4j進(jìn)程，

em在節(jié)點(diǎn)1可以正常啟動(dòng)。

em使用正常。
