This MDM theme is a derivative of Human List Feisty Rounded, which is licensed under the GPL. However, Human List Feisty Rounded reuses elements of Feisty GDM Themes 0.8 and thus it should inherit its license, which is Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 2.5.
