一般來說SHL類型test的分兩部分：numerical test和verbal test。這里我們分別來探討。

第一部分：verbal test
所謂verbal test（verbal：口頭的），就是給出一段100~200多字的短文，然后讓你根據文章意思，判斷題干信息正確與否，主要考察應聘者的英語閱讀能力和邏輯判斷能力。
verbal test 一般會分為TEST1 和TEST2 ，每個TEST都會有兩篇PASSAGE。我們來剖析一下真題：

第二部分：numerical test
?
所謂numerical test（numerical:數字的），就是給出一張圖或表，然后讓你根據題干，提取有用的信息進行簡單或復雜的計算，主要目的（個人以為）是考察你的基本運算，經濟學常識和sense，以及迅速從紛繁復雜的大量信息里提取有價值信息的能力（換句話說，就是眼睛要快，手要快，腦子更要快）。

（二）具體介紹：
1. 畢馬威KPMG、安永E&Y
Paper Test
畢馬威的筆試采用的是SHL的試題，分為verbal和number兩個部分，時間有限，一般做不完，主要考察英文閱讀能力、邏輯能力、數字能力和準確率。在這一關80%的人，無法進入下一輪。
安永的筆試主要是寫作文，考察英文表達能力，每年的題型都有變化。

2． 德勤DTT
On-line test
在線提交簡歷后，會收到一個在線測試的鏈接，類似于心理測試，100道題左右，有時間限制；隔幾天后，會收到一個在線英文測試，是SHL的試題，與畢馬威的verbal有些類似。
